Today woke up. Still have Laringitus. Little boy sick this morning so off school. Hair looks good.

Breakfast: Branflakes and skimmed milk

snack: apricots

lunch: home made chicken soup with lentils + 100g ham

Fitness challenge today:- 45 mins steppers listening to uplifting music. I havent excercised for a long time and im poorly so will take it easy to begin with.

Beauty: berocca + day cream- this evening will put on night cream, false tan.
