6 weeks to loose at least 20lbs. My friend has recently done this and she looks fantastic!

This program includes:

  • 6 Weeks personal training workouts using insanity

  • Weight loss meal plan using Rosemary Connelly including a Grocery list and a food preparation instructions.

  • Nutrition Tutorial:-Green Tea, Vitamins, fresh fruit and veg and lean meat.

  • Initial body assessment:- Weigh in, measurements, photographs before.

  • Weekly accountablility-weigh-ins.

  • A Support Group- Friends doing the same thing.

  • Photoshoot ready.

Getting Prepared

Insanity Workouts

  • Insanity CD's ready. 5pm everyday apart from Saturday. Double session Friday.

  • Park run on saturday.

  • Sunday off.

Meal Plan

  • Follow Rosemary conellys book- order asda shopping

  • Buy lean meat, vitamins, green tea and plenty of water

Inital Assessment, Accountability and Key Dates

  • Start Weight 11 Stone

  • Before pictures

  • Start date 29th December

  • Finish date 15th (gives an extra week to cover christmas get-togethers and New Year)

  • Weigh-in's every monday

  • Support using blog and Mummies reception
