This program includes:
6 Weeks personal training workouts using insanity
Weight loss meal plan using Rosemary Connelly including a Grocery list and a food preparation instructions.
Nutrition Tutorial:-Green Tea, Vitamins, fresh fruit and veg and lean meat.
Initial body assessment:- Weigh in, measurements, photographs before.
Weekly accountablility-weigh-ins.
A Support Group- Friends doing the same thing.
Photoshoot ready.
Getting Prepared
Insanity Workouts

Insanity CD's ready. 5pm everyday apart from Saturday. Double session Friday.
Park run on saturday.
Sunday off.
