Week 1-Day One BBCC

This is me... 10 stone 8lb

As you can see, I have a large bloated muffin top, I've also got quite a big back... I think I'm what you would call an apple shape.

Today's Food:

Breakfast: Borocca, Coffee x 2, Museli 50g plus skimmed milk = 200 kcal

Snacks: 6 mini Sausages at 22 kcal a time= 132 Kcals

Lunch: 1 weight watchers soup 98 Kcal + bun 130 Kcal + small salad and 1 slice of ham 72 kcal = 300

Exercise:

25 minutes on the cross trainer at level 7= 250 kcals
