My 6 Week Belly Busting Christmas 20 lb Challenge (BBCC)

So it's 6 weeks until my family and I travel up to Northumberland for our Christmas holidays. I've went for the odd run over the last few weeks but have really pigged out. I've also got 4 weeks until my photoshoot so it's time to take action! Fresh start.

So here's the plan: follow Rosemary Conelly

-Breakfast 200 kcals

-Lunch 400 Kcals

-Dinner 300 kcals

-3/4 pint of milk for coffee

-Borocca

-Apple and 3 apricots for snacks a day

Every day plan my food.

Never eat after 6pm

45 mins a day exercise: Minimum

Monday- Cross Trainer 25 mins/Running 25 mins

Tuesday- Insanity 40 mins

Wednesday- Cross Trainer 25 mins/Running 25 mins

and so on... but I should have 3 Insanitys and 3 Runs /cross Trainer and 1 x 45 minute cross training session per week...

Target Weight: 9 Stone 2lb

Start weight: 10 stone 8lb

Target weight for week 1: 7lb

I promise to put the work in. I can't wait to start seeing the results!
