28 Days Slim Down

I'm poorly. Got the worst chest infection. I have a photoshoot booked for the end of the month. I'm not sure what weight i am but will be around 11stone 2lb... shocking i know. Combination of Christimas parties, new year and burns night party.
With this in mind the slimming starts now. My hubby and I have decided to try for another baby which is really exciting but I want to be in peak condition if i get pregnant. If i dont, well, at least ill look fab!
Weight Loss
Need to make sure i have a balanced diet but eat sparcley.
Breakfast: Branflakes & Orange juice
Snack: Apple
lunch: Meat and veg or salad and meat, 1 slice of bread or a jacket potato.
snack: apricots
No tea or coffee
No supper. Nothing after 6. Nothing fizzy. No alchol.
Exercise
Steppers 45 mins every day
50 sit ups
50 side ups
Walk to school on way home
Beauty
False tan
moisturise
vitamins
teeth whiten
moisturise morning and night
de fuzz
Practice makeup
Hair treated once a week for 10 mins
moisturise hands
Nails tidy and feet smooth
bed at 10pm and up at 7am
Demure
shoulders back good posture. practice speaking posh.
Clothing
iron clothes and put outfits together
Going posh
Posh sexy outfits
